Established as a non-profit organization with a mission to empower and uplift the marginalized sections of our society, particularly focusing on the fishing communities, the ILCC stands as a testament to the enduring spirit of service, solidarity, and social justice.To fulfill the dreams of 10,000 youngsters in 10 year. We empower a promising society by providing cultural, sports, and educational support as well as the financial and legal setback to the blackballed Latin catholic society

Our mission is to promote sustainable development, ensure equitable access to resources, and advocate for the rights and welfare of our community members. We strive to provide a platform where the voices of the marginalized are heard and their issues addressed comprehensively.
